Human Needs and Business Management
This requirement begins from the bottom of the triangle with the basic human psychological needs for survival such as food, water, and sleep which then rose to the top of the triangle that represents the achievement of satisfaction in life that refers to self-actualization.
Among the psychological needs and desires of self-actualization, there are three other needs that are required, such as, security, ownership, and awards.
Small businesses, large corporations, and every manager should know Maslow's theory and make decisions that meet the needs of some aspects of this if they want to develop loyal employees, competent and satisfied.
There are many practical applications of Maslow's hierarchy of needs is done in business practice. Assuming that the basic needs of life met at work, here are some suggestions. Simple things like remembering birthdays by giving congratulations or greeting card instill a sense of presence and creating an environment where individual productivity increases because they feel appreciated.
