Relationship Entrepreneurship And Managerial Capabilities
An entrepreneur is someone who has the characteristics of initiative, responsibility or authority and forward-looking to reach business success. Entrepreneurship is the attitude and outlook of someone who has creative action in building the value of something that does not appear previously to something tangible.
Not many opinions that say that there is a close relationship between management capacity is owned by someone with entrepreneurial. Two of these have different characteristics in running a company. Hoselits said that there are major differences between managerial and entrepreneurial activity. Entrepreneurs who succeed are usually independent, clever and competitive. In making the business agenda often do not consider the other actors so that when a company becomes large and complex, an entrepreneur is hard to control their business activities without coming in contact with aspects of management.
Full management capacity is strongly supported by strong personal aspects and adequate. A person's decision making process concerning aspects of planning, implementation and control will be determined by a person's biographical background, his astute ability to do business and a strong desire and motivation. These factors are very much determined by the physical environment and institutional likungan where the person lived and grew up. It is these factors that make up a person WED. In other words, entrepreneurial person has received a decision affecting someone in his business
